Yazta badge system is designed to offer you valuable insights into the experience, skills, and trustworthiness of each Pro Profile, assisting you in finding the perfect match. You can use Yazta badges as filters to prioritize your search results and help you make informed decisions. We prioritize your trust and safety above all else and therefore meticulously screen all Pro Profiles on our platform to ensure that you can have full confidence when selecting a Pro. Pro Profiles undergo thorough checks for identity, address, and legal status, progressing to higher tiers with recommendations, service expertise, and top-tier status for consistently high ratings. Healthcare Pros can validate their experience with a Certified Nurse badge. This system establishes a trustworthy and skilled community on the Yazta platform.

Verified: Our platform exclusively showcases only Pros with VERIFIED Profiles, encompassing a comprehensive background check that covers their Identity, address, and legal status.

Recommended: Pro Profiles bearing this badge have been VERIFIED AND have either provided written recommendation letters from previous employers or offered a comprehensive employment history.

Expert Pro: "Expert Pro” Profiles are both Verified and Recommended, and has demonstrated expertise by meeting one of the following: completed 10+ services; 3+ months of verified live-in experience; or three positive Client reviews.

How can I be sure of the skills and experience of the Pro I hire through Yazta?

Yazta's Profile badges provide detailed information about the skills and experience of each professional, enabling you to make an informed decision with confidence. These badges serve as a testament to the expertise and proficiency of the professionals available on the platform.

How does the Booking process work on Yazta?

Yazta facilitates a direct negotiation process between Clients and professionals, eliminating any intermediaries. This ensures a quick and efficient Booking experience while granting you complete control over your service requirements. When both sides agree, you confirm in the app and pay the platform fee in-app to finalize your booking.

How do I get started with Yazta?

To begin your journey with Yazta, simply download our application YaztaMX from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store and follow the instructions. The process of creating an account and setting up a Profile is convenient and safe for both Clients and Pros. Search for verified Pros, use interactive offers and in-app chat to align on details, and confirm your booking securely in the app.

Is there a platform fee?

Yes. There is a small platform fee charged in the app when you confirm a booking. This fee unlocks the Pro’s full contact details inside the app and supports platform features and safety processes.

After you and the Pro agree on terms, you’ll confirm your booking and pay a small platform fee in-app.

What is the Gold Plan?

Gold Plan gives you more control and peace of mind at a reduced bundled price, including our Satisfaction Guarantee and premium discovery features. You can also unlock features individually if you prefer.

Gold Plan highlights:

  • Satisfaction Guarantee: Up to two additional bookings at no charge if your first experience wasn’t satisfactory or the Pro didn’t show (after Yazta review).
  • Top Pros: Access profiles of the most trusted, best-rated Pros from the “Our Top Pros” section on the Home screen.

How do I pay My Pro?

Yazta does not manage or process payments between Clients and Pros for the services provided. The platform is not responsible for collecting or transferring payments for completed work.

When you confirm a booking, you’ll pay a small platform fee within the app. This fee unlocks the Pro’s full contact details within the app and supports Yazta’s verification, safety, and support features.

The service payment itself is made directly to the Pro once the service has been completed — either in cash or electronically, according to your mutual agreement.

We recommend documenting all aspects of your agreement with the Pro by creating an Offer and sending it through the Yazta App. Remember that only the amount agreed within the YaztaMX and YaztaPro applications is considered valid. Negotiations or payments made outside the platform are not covered by Yazta’s Terms & Conditions, may increase the risk of fraud, and won’t be supported by Yazta’s assistance services.

What is Yazta in-app Chat?

Yazta’s in-app Chat is a secure and efficient messaging feature that allows seamless communication between Clients and Pros. It serves as the primary on-platform communication tool, keeping all conversations centralized, documented, and accessible for your convenience and safety.

Chat is free once a booking is confirmed. If you wish to contact a Pro before confirming a booking, you can unlock Chat through the Gold Plan or as an individual feature.

You can use Chat to discuss service details, negotiate terms, and stay updated — all within the safe confines of the Yazta platform. However, please note that Chat is not a substitute for an official Offer or confirmed Booking. To secure a Pro’s services, you must create and send an Offer through the Yazta app, which becomes a confirmed Booking once the Pro accepts.

We recommend documenting all aspects of your agreement with the Pro by creating an Offer and sending it to your chosen Pro. Yazta's in-app Chat is only a tool that helps negotiate your conditions directly and is NOT a substitute for a formal offer or a reservation. To secure the services of the Pro that you have chosen, please send an offer to him/ her that will turn into a formal Reservation when the Pro agrees to it on the app.

Costs & Value

How Much Does it Cost to Hire a Pro via Yazta?

Yazta facilitates direct negotiations between Clients and Pros, allowing you to set your own conditions securely within the app. The total service cost consists of two parts:

  1. The agreed service payment, which you pay directly to the Pro once the service is completed.
  2. A small platform fee, paid within the Yazta app at the time of booking confirmation, which unlocks the Pro’s full contact details inside the app and supports Yazta’s verification and safety features.

Prices paid to Pros may vary depending on the service type, duration, and the hourly or fixed rate you negotiate directly with them. Please note that any changes or negotiations made outside the Yazta app are not regulated by Yazta’s Terms and Conditions, pose a high risk of fraud, and are not covered by Yazta Support services.

What is Yazta fee/commission?

A small platform fee is charged at booking confirmation. This supports safety checks, messaging, dispute handling, and premium discovery/search features.

Why should I provide an Evaluation?

Yazta's evaluation system empowers users to provide feedback, report issues, and express satisfaction, thereby shaping the future of the service community. This feedback is instrumental in fostering trust within our platform and motivating professionals to maintain top-notch service quality. You will be prompted to provide an evaluation after every service. Please take a moment to do so; it takes less than a minute.

Where can I find the existing Evaluations of a Pro?

Navigate to the Search option in the YaztaMX App and preselect your search criteria to find a Pro. Tap on "View Profile," and the Pro's evaluation will appear at the bottom of your screen. You'll also be able to view the Pro's badge level.

How Do I Leave an Evaluation for My Pro?

Once a service is completed, you can leave a rating and review for your Pro in the YaztaMX app. You will receive a prompt on the YaztaMX app home screen. When providing a review, you can rate your experience with your Pro on a scale of 1 to 5 stars. Ratings of 1-2 stars will be considered as “negative,” while 3-5 stars will be seen as “positive.” At the bottom of the screen, we encourage you to leave a written review for your Pro. This feedback is crucial in fostering trust within our platform and motivating professionals to maintain top-notch service quality. Providing your Evaluation takes less than a minute.

When providing a Pro Evaluation, please keep the following in mind:

  • Focus on the service performance, avoiding comments on another user's character.
  • Avoid posting inappropriate content that violates our Terms of Service.
  • Limit your review to one per service.
  • Post within 30 days of service completion, addressing only relevant service-related aspects.
  • Refrain from sharing other users' personal information to respect their privacy. To encourage candid feedback and prevent conflicts, please refrain from contacting other users regarding negative reviews. If a Pro contacts you after you leave a review, please inform our Customer Support Team.
  • Send comments about the platform to Yazta's Customer Support Team, not in your review.

Bookings

Do I Have to Be Home When the Service Is Completed?

You are responsible for supervising and guiding the work of your Pro. Yazta does not monitor or direct the work of Pros as they are Independent Contractors hired by Clients. If you choose not to be home, make sure to provide your Pro with any necessary instructions to ensure the proper completion of your Service.

What Supplies Will My Pro Have?

Generally, the Client is responsible for providing all the necessary basic tools and supplies for the Pro to perform the service effectively. If you require any specific items for your service, make sure to communicate this directly with your Pro prior to your service using our YaztaMX in-app Chat.

How Do I Hire More Than One Pro?

As all Pros registered on the Yazta app are independent workers, you cannot request two Pros with a single Service Offer. You will need to issue two separate Offers.

Furthermore, please note that Pros are not allowed to bring a friend to perform the service. Anyone accompanying a Pro to perform the service must be a registered Pro on the Yazta platform. If this policy is violated, please contact Yazta immediately.

How Do I Hire again the same Pro?

Navigate to "Bookings" and select "Past Bookings" from the upper tab. Locate the Pro Profile you wish to make an Offer to, then select the arrangement type, service type, date, service duration, start time, and weekly/ monthly rate before submitting your Offer. Remember, you can always utilize the Yazta in- app Chat to negotiate the details of your Offer. Chat is free once a booking is confirmed. If you want to chat before booking, unlock Chat (included in Gold Plan or available individually).

What's the Cancellation Policy?

If you cancel a confirmed service, the Pro will be automatically notified about the service cancellation through the system. If you wish to reschedule you can additionally contact the Pro via the Yazta in-app Chat. Chat is free once a booking is confirmed. If you want to chat before booking, unlock Chat (included in Gold Plan or available individually).

How Do I Cancel a Booking?

Navigate to "Bookings" and choose "Upcoming Bookings" from the upper tab. Locate the Booking you wish to cancel, provide a reason for the cancellation, and select "Cancel Booking." You will receive confirmation via a pop-up window indicating that your Booking has been canceled.

My Pro Is Late, What Should I Do?

We apologize for any inconvenience caused by your Pro's delayed arrival. If your Pro has not communicated or provided a new estimated arrival time, please reach out to them through the Yazta in-app Chat thread for an update. It's important to keep all communication in writing to document everything related to your Service.

We understand the value of your time, so if the Pro does not show up, we recommend rebooking your Service and hiring a new Pro as a replacement. (Gold Plan’s Satisfaction Guarantee may apply after review.)

How Do I Reschedule a Booking?

If you need to reschedule your service, first contact your Pro via the Yazta in-app Chat to discuss a new date and time that works for both of you. Navigate to "Bookings" and choose "Upcoming Bookings" from the upper tab. Locate the Booking you wish to cancel and follow the process described in "How do I cancel a Booking?"

How Do I Skip an Appointment of a Recurring Booking?

To skip an appointment within a Recurring Booking just discuss it with your Pro using the Yazta in-app Chat.

My Pro Canceled; What Should I Do?

We apologize that your Pro was unable to fulfill their commitments and had to cancel the service. If you still require the service, you can utilize the Yazta App's Search functionality to find a new Pro.

My Service Needs to Be Cancelled but Some Work Has Been Completed, What Should I Do?

If some work has been completed, it's essential for you and your Pro to agree on the proportion of the service that has been fulfilled and the corresponding payment for the work done.

What is Security code used for?

To enhance the security of our services, we have implemented a new security feature in our app. This feature involves a unique security code that is generated to verify that the individual at your doorstep is the designated Pro you have booked for your service. This code is also sent to your Pro's app by Yazta. At the start of your service, the app will prompt you to verify the Security Code. Ask the Pro to read you the code shown in their app and confirm it matches yours.

How do I report issues with a Pro?

To report a Pro, navigate to the Pro's Profile and scroll down until you find the "Report this Profile" link. Upon clicking the link, please select an appropriate reason, leave any necessary comments, and then proceed to click the "Report Profile" button. Following this, you will receive confirmation through a pop-up window indicating that your report has been successfully submitted. Rest assured that your report will undergo a comprehensive review by our team, and suitable action will be taken promptly based on our findings.

How do I report Security Issue?

Your safety first! Please remember that in case of an emergency or if you are in a situation of imminent danger, you should contact local authorities or emergency services.If you want to report unprofessional behavior by the Pro, please refer to "How do I report issues with a Pro?"

Whenever you have doubts about your safety, we advise you to contact our support team by pressing the Help or Support button on your Profile.

Offers

What Should I Let My Pros Know When I Contact Them via Yazta in-app Chat

Yazta in-app chat functionality is NOT a substitution for the formal Offer and Reservation process made through the app. Communicating with your Pro allows you to discuss the service details from your Offer directly. Pros rely on the chat thread to understand the scope of your requirements and remain in touch until the service is completed. Use the chat thread to share all necessary service details, discuss specific requirements and preferences for the service.

Why Shouldn't I Exchange Contact Information With My Pro?

At Yazta, we don't share info like your phone number or email address. To protect your privacy, please do not exchange contact info with your Pro and keep all communication in the Yazta app. Yazta functionalities and automated processes like "Make an Offer" and "Booking" are designed to ensure safe and efficient communication between Clients and Pros. Additionally, with Yazta's in-app Chat, users can conveniently discuss service details, negotiate terms, and stay updated, all within the safe confines of the platform.

How do I update Offer details agreed with my Pro via the Yazta in-app Chat?

To update an Offer, access "Offer" from the bottom-down menu and locate the Offer you would like to update. Additionally, you can access the latest Offer made to a specific Pro via the in-app chat with this Pro. Click on "Modify Offer" to update the agreed terms with your Pro and press “Modify Offer” button. You will receive a confirmation via a pop-up window, confirming your Offer has been successfully modified and sent to your Pro.

What do I do if I forgot my password?

If you've forgotten your password and need to reset it, click "Forgot password" on the YaztaMX Login screen, and follow the instructions.

How Do I Change my Password?

If you want to change your password, go to your Profile, select "Login and Security" and follow the instructions provided.

How do I Delete my account?

If you wish to delete your account, go to your Profile, select "Login and Security," and then click on “Delete account”. For more information about how your personal data is used, please refer to our Privacy Policy.

How do I Change the Phone Number on My Account?

To update the phone number linked to your account, access your Profile, choose "Personal Information", click on "Edit" next to your current phone number, and follow the provided instructions.

How do I Change the Email on My Account?

To update the email linked to your account, access your Profile, choose "Personal Information", click on "Edit" next to your current email, and follow the provided instructions.

Why do I need to provide details about my property or service request when setting up my Profile?

When you set your profile, Yazta will ask for basic service details to help the Pro understand the scope of work before accepting. Only general location details (such as neighborhood or area) are shown at this stage, along with information like:

  • Size of the property (e.g., apartment or house)
  • Type of service (e.g., cleaning, cooking, babysitting)
  • Specifics such as number of people, rooms, or age of children (if applicable

These details allow Pros to assess availability, price, and service suitability—while keeping your personal information protected until the booking is formally confirmed.
